Later in the day, proceed to Karatu, located near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, for dinner and your overnight stay.

Upon arrival in Northern Serengeti, enjoy an afternoon game drive around the Mara River ecosystem before checking into your luxury camp.

Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the incredible Northern Serengeti.
After an early breakfast, depart for a morning game drive around the Mara River, following the movements of the Great Migration. Around midday, return to Mara Mara Tented Lodge to enjoy a freshly prepared hot lunch and some time to relax.
Later in the afternoon, head back into the park for another exciting afternoon game drive, maximizing your chances of witnessing river crossings and encounters with lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes and countless other species.
Return to the lodge before sunset for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, depart Serengeti and drive towards the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa's most remarkable natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Descend approximately 600 metres into the crater for a memorable game drive. The crater supports an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, flamingos and the rare endangered black rhinoceros.
Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor surrounded by breathtaking scenery before continuing to Karatu for your overnight stay.
